Seminars

Stacey Szklut, our executive Director, is nationally recognized as an expert in the field of occupational therapy and sensory integration.  She has been presenting seminars since 1988 in the United States and Canada.  Her courses encompass a wide variety of topics including sensory integration theory, assessment and intervention, observational analysis, praxis, combining therapeutic techniques, SI and NDT,  oral motor intervention and feeding strategies, sound therapies, sensory and communication issues in autism and her newest lab course on postural, oral motor and respiratory supports to enhance functioning.  She enjoys presenting workshops, and has had the opportunity to teach with many other experts in the field including Dr. Josephine Moore, Diane Twatchman-Cullen, Valerie Olsen, Jane Koomar, Mary Margaret Windsor, Teresa-May Benson, Marie Anzalone, Anne Trecker, Susanne Smith-Roley, and Erna Blanche.
